Certified Organic Gunpowder Green Tea is higher in caffeine due to it's compressed form. It is known to increase endurance over a 4 hour period. Like all teas, it is high in cancer-fighting antioxidants, aids in digestion, and fights cavity build-up. Great for blending with tropical and citrus fruits.
Brewing Instructions:
1 tsp/6oz of lightly boiling water (180°F)
Steep 3-5mins or longer for stronger taste. Can be re steeped at least 2 times.
